Frequently Asked Questions

The answers to all your doubts.

1. What is meant by location?

A location represents a physical place, such as a restaurant, a sales point or an office. Having multiple locations allows you to play different music in different locations or different music in different areas of a single location. Each location needs a dedicated device (PC, smart phone or tablet) to play the music. One device can be connected to one location at a time. You can play the same music in all your locations or select a different mood for each.

2. If I have several rooms in one location, what should I do?

A location with several different rooms is a multi-room location. With the standard subscription you have the option of having a single access to which you can connect several devices in cascade (if the configuration is allowed by the devices themselves). If, on the other hand, you need to diversify the music in various rooms in the same location or cascade different devices, you need to activate several accesses. Each access has an additional cost. Ask our customer support for more information

3. If the web radio is only transmitted through the company website, what rights are to be paid?

In addition to the rights for the management of the radio, included in our service fee, if the radio is broadcast both on the Company's website and in its Sales Points, it will be necessary to pay both a webcasting license (for the web) and a public license (for the stores).

4. If I have a Radio in Store that is broadcast in my sales points, what rights do I pay to broadcast it on my company site as well?

In addition to the rights for the management of the radio, included in our service fee, if the radio is broadcast both on the Company's website and in its Sales Points, it will be necessary to pay both a webcasting license (for the web) and a public license (for the stores).

Our service is a Radio in Store streaming with music, commercials and surveys for entrepreneurs.
